Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3 to business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and special promotions.
We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
You can cancel within 24 hours of your initial order for a full refund. Our return policy allows you to cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

Faces by Liliana currently ships to the US (all states) and Canada only. Orders are shipped by USPS or UPS.
Large orders may be sent via UPS in which case we cannot ship to a PO BOX. Please provide a physical address to ensure delivery.
As soon as payment is received, we pack and prepare your purchase for shipping. Some items on backorder will have a 7 to 14 day delay, unless otherwise noted. Based on current shipping delays due to COVID-19 restrictions, we expect a delay of up to 3 to 7 days. Most local parcels may arrive via 2 or 3-day shipping on time.
Once your order is processed, we'll email you a confirmation with your tracking number. Use this number to track your package with USPS or UPS. You can also track your package by logging into your account on our site or visit the link in your confirmation email at any time
On occasion Faces by Liliana offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount or when purchasing a specially priced promotion. These promotions may change periodically.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS or UPS and/or their international shipping partners, will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. Please verify your shipping address before clicking: Purchase
